The Beck family have been serving in Cambodia as missionaries since 2017. Before serving in Cambodia Eric served as a pastor in Korea for 8 years, helping to plant and establish an international church.

Since coming to Cambodia it has been the passion of the Beck family to disciple, mentor, and provide opportunities for the next generation of leaders in Cambodia. They believe that if a generation of future leaders can be reached the entire country can be radically changed for the glory of Christ.
That motivation coupled with the experience of having worked with and help train university students for the past few years in Cambodia is what began the idea of Kingdom Development.
The Beck family came to the realization that no matter how hard they worked, to really meet the needs of the next generation of leaders, they needed a team around them with the right structure and organization in place to be more effective in doing what Christ sent them to do.
And that is where Kingdom Development comes in. It is a tool, that enables godly leadership and direction to plan for the upcoming years of ministry. To organize, develop, and build locations in the country that can provide housing, mentorship, discipleship, and practical opportunities to practice what they are learning in university.
